Yesterday we made a pie. We took out our blue chopping board and cut the rhubarbs in small pieces... Blue Monday for more blue.
Then we mixed the rhubarbs with red raspberries... Ruby Tuesday for more red.
It tasted lovely with the light yellow custard! Mellow Yellow Monday for more yellow.
the pie looks wonderful. Rhubarb is my husband's favorite.
